Ok, so I'm on the verge of finishing the artsy side of my installation thinger. Right, before I go any further let's get this straight. I -know- I'm not that good an artist, but I enjoy it, so rar.

Basically, everybody I'd showed my WIP had been good; they said they liked it, the concept, photography etc. I mean, yes, I got a few helpful criticisms, but that's what I WANTED. ^__^;;

Then I made the mistake of seeking more affirmation and all I got was criticism. Not even helpful criticism. Just "Ew, that's not good. I could do better than that. Everything about it sucks." And less than a week before my deadline.

So I have a dilemma. I was happy with the work, but I'm not good at taking crit like that. I know my work fits the bill for the course in question, and I think it should be recieved well by the examiners. Unfortunately, I'm now really scared because somebody hated it so much.

I need to develop a thicker skin. XD
